Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Alyssa is a former teacher, whose creativity from the classroom transformed into Dolce Couture NY. Alyssa received a Master's Degree of Science from St. John's University with a minor in business. Alyssa's love for the event industry began during her college years, where she worked with one of the most prestigious floral design companies on Long Island. Alyssa followed her path and became a teacher, but since getting married and becoming a mom, Alyssa has left teaching to pursue her dream of a full time event planner.
I’ve always had a deep passion for organizing and planning, and I believe that every special event deserves to be stunning. With this philosophy in mind I founded Dolce Couture in 2016 after planning my own wedding. The spark was ignited and I felt compelled to get back into the industry. I have since gained many valuable connections with industry-leading experts and vendors. I’ll work day and night to guarantee that your next event will be filled with unforgettable moments.
RADHA CACERES

Radha is a former personal/executive assistant with over 8 years of experience across various high end fashion brands supporting their c-level executives. She’s an excellent multi- tasker who prides herself on being detail oriented, and specializes in planning and bringing to life numerous personal and corporate events for New York’s elite.
Originally from Santo Domingo, DR. Radha grew up in New York, and is fluent in five languages. She has a deep love for interior decorating, event planning, beauty, and art. Constantly, hosting events for friends and family, Radha believes that, “there is nothing like seeing it all come together after all the planning." Finally seeing the event come to life whether it be an intimate dinner with close friends, or a large scale event, watching everyone’s reaction when they first take it all in is so gratifying. Radha's passion enables her to execute each event like it were her own and her attention to detail is like no other.

Production Manager
Santi's full of life personality attracts our clientele from the moment they meet him. Native of Palermo, Sicily, Santi is trilingual and has been in the event industry for over a decade.  His passion and hospitality shine through in all of his work. Santi goes above and beyond to execute all events from intimate to grand affairs. His work ethic, loyalty and dedication to the company radiates in all that he does, making him a quintessential part of Dolce Couture.
